My LGBTQI+ Inclusion Workshop helps salons create safer, more welcoming spaces for every client and team member. Learn the four essential shapes: solid, graduation, increase layer and uniform layer, and how to adapt them for every client. We cover sectioning, body position, face shape suitability, and haircut mapping so you can draw and execute any cut with confidence. Hands on, supportive training designed to elevate apprentices and qualified stylists wanting stronger fundamentals.
